what other point? under what US law would (for example) a film studio say “it’s illegal to review our movie” and expect that to be enforced?

The threats from the enerds likely did nothing, it was when blizzard activision smelled money that they went nipping at his heels - and he deserved it.

Movie critics…the only people that read movie reviews before watching movies, are people who don’t like movies.
