Op,they lose their taste when they get cold .They use to have the best but they changed the vat oil.
They changed the oil and also went from using beef tallow to “natural beef flavoring”.

To be fair I tend to scarf them down quickly just because I’m a glutton for fries to notice them get cold lol
Still love them with a shake just taste good ,I try to eat them fast but sometimes I’m a little too late.

Animal fat that has been rendered, as in heated until the water within has evaporated and had the solids there left filtered out. Pure fat, used in the making of, among other things, candles and soap.

I save all my beef fat trimmings and make my own tallow. Then I use that to deep fry smash burgers. /drool

I have a half bag of potatoes, some pecornio romano. I think tomorrow is oven roasted taters day.
Not sure what its like where you live but MCD fries are always cold and soggy here. BK, on the other hand, hot and crispy every time.
Reason being they train test-takers more than they teach. Or perchance that is just my bitterness speaking.

plus there seasoning is only good because it has sugar in it… There flavore is poor and texture is rubber but the salt is mixed with sugar and your brain goes wild

Cause they used real grease, not this healthy crap today… Same reason Taco Bell shells use to be much better… They went all “green” with cooking oils
