Specifically in arathi basin, put a cooldown on it or make it unusable against players, it’s dumb enough that they have a knockback AND mc. honestly can’t wait till my sub runs out on the 9th
Are you going to quit super smash brothers next when you get styled on in that game too?
A lot of things need to happen in order for a priest to successfully MC someone off a cliff. It’s your fault.
MC has been in the game since vanilla (and the days of MCing people off of the 1k needles elevator). It’s a fully intended part of the level design having a cliff at LM and both it and MC need to stay (and if you try a priest you’ll see how hard it actually is to do and how often it fails/is trinketed/breaks randomly/etc)
Rule of thumb in Arathi, if you see a hunter, druid, shaman and priest, you stay closer to the building rather than the flag.
Mc should not be removed just because you can’t position yourself properly.
Absolutely, or if there is a rogue on their team so that they don’t have enough time to sap-cap
tell me what needs to happen when im sitting as a lock and my kick is 24 second cd and they can spam it over and over and over and over, it needs a 1 minute cd or be on the same cd as the knockback, and i’d wreck your b list butt in smash
Beyond interrupt:
- You can CC the priest
- Someone else can interrupt the priest
- Someone else can CC the priest
- You can trinket/immune the MC
- Someone can damage the priest during the MC channel
- You can literally just position yourself further from the cliff
Guys, feel free to add to my short list
I was positioned at the god forsaken SAW at the lm any farther and i couldnt even conflagrate to stop someone capping, and @sandyclaws never have I seen it “fail or randomly break”.
you know what else was in vanilla? drain mana so I guess that should come back too huh?
I’ll take “things that never happened” for 500, Bob.
14 seconds of mc, it doesn’t matter how far away you are from the cliff you will fall you ignoramus, there isnt “someone else” when you’re solo sitting lm as a lock in a rbg because you can stop a rogue, druid, shaman, hunter, whatever else from capping but lord forbid mc get tweaked from all the plebs using fotm classes. trinket 2 minute cd my kick 24 second, that gives the mc plenty of time to dr
why am i arguing with an unranked?
Glider can be used right
no this is rated, hunny
Ah… no need to be snarky though .
that “since vanilla” argument is invalid, in that case bring back every man for himself as a full trinket racial amirite? and WOF too
I wish I had an “I Win” button.
literally, cc is one thing but complete control over anothers character where it gets position is absolutely the worst thing in pvp
Good rule of thumb is to learn other classes. Play a priest for a bit and try to MC and see just how hard it is to pull off successfully. If you were at the saw and trinketed the first MC there was no way he had enough time to run you over. And if it were rated why were you solo-D on LM? Why was an spriest solo-capping it? None of this story makes sense.
So… Why were you sitting LM solo, though?
No hunters/rogues/dks on your team?
disc can mc as well, seems like I know other classes more than you O_o I have a 100 priest that I’ve played for a couple expacs and got mc’s off plenty of times with no “bugs”, and I trinketed the first attempt, rateds usually have a solo defender… rogue, hunter, ret, fmage, lock etc… all decent for solo defending from literally any class that will attempt a cap exCEPt for a broken spell which makes me fall off 100 yards down a ledge while my 2 minute cd trinket is not ready and my 24 second kick couldn’t get it, you realize they have mc AND a knockback?
Why was your kick on cd?
And why didn’t you cast Fear?
Or (can’t see your talents) swap to Succubus for solo defense?
Or Mortal Coil?
You’ve got options, even without kick and trinket. If all you do is wait for the MC to come, of course you’re gonna have a bad time.
