Well, that escalated quickly.
Someone is not valuing their own time.
I don’t think dungeons are fundamentally auto win but I guess you’re entitled to have that opinion.
I’m just saying there will be a lot less people would mind people leaving if the key didn’t downgrade. Right now, people are just leaving without any sort of courtesy for the keybearer and the bans are in place.
It does because no one should care about people leaving bricked keys.
M+ sounds miserable. I’m just stick with PVP crate farming
If keys didn’t deplete, they need to actually end at the timer. M+ gives full loot rewards plus crests on a failure, which is extraordinarily generous. No raid boss drops loot when you wipe.

People leaving a failed key is definitely not a problem.
Well, then why are Blizzard banning people leaving keys?
Literally nobody knows what the details of that are, but it is irrelevant. Stop bricking keys if you want people to stay.
Yeah, I’m checked out at this point.
GG though.
They arent.
They are banning people from leaving an outrageous amount of keys, which constitutes griefing. Not just for leaving keys.
Lets please try to be a bit more honest in the conversation.
I just think it’s a symptom of a greater problem.
But I guess if that stops consistent amount of leaving keys… That’s a start. I just think there is a better solution.
But maybe that’s just me at this point.
What is a symptom of what problem?
I dont think it will effect anything noticeable. Everyone who wasnt banned knows they can continue to leave at the same rate.
A better solution is not “make everything easier”. Which is what removing key depletion is. M+ is already insanely imbalanced for getting gear. It does not need additional advantages.
Its ok if you dont get a full reward for failing. We are big kids.
If people are constantly leaving keys you are in, I’m inclined to agree, but leaving bricked keys isn’t an issue.
