So, I have two active accounts, and my main account I get the error you have the maximum number of characters allowed on this account. I have deleted some name holders and it sill gives me this error.
Also, on first login on the Realm Selection page I noticed I have realms that I am actually not on, with a bunch of characters on these realms, on either of my accounts. Can someone help me with this?
When you log into those realms are there characters showing or is it just on the realm list?

It is just on the Realm list.
Log into them. It should clear up the extra characters showing on the realm list. It might help with your other issue too.

It does clear up showing the realms i am not on, but not the original issue of not allowing me to create any new character.
Do you have a lot of trial characters? They have been blocking issues for others when trying to create a new character.

No, i even removed some of the name holding characters on the account.
The realms that show you have characters, even if you haven’t made any characters, do make it so you aren’t able to create any new characters. Its a false positive.
As Rufflebottom has already suggested, I would log onto each ream that shows you have characters, just to clear that up. I would then delete your name holders/trials/characters you no longer have interest in playing, so the number of playable characters on the affected acct is below the cap.
Past posts of this issue, the SFA’s have suggested deleting until you are able to make a new character. After deleting on the affected acct, how many characters do you have, and does it still state that you can’t create more?
I fixed this by logging into those realms.
Took me to the character selection screen. After I backed out of that, it showed zero characters on that realm. Once I went back to Realm Select, that realm was clear.
There were many reports of phantom or resurrected characters appearing in realms that had been connected. Sometimes actual deleted characters were involuntarily undeleted; in a few cases, the previous incarnation of a race/faction changed character was re-created as a distinct character.
Plust spurious counts of characters that hadn’t actually been undeleted.
The advice given is probably the only answer: check every realm you have ever had a character on. Verify that all characters shown are the ones you intend to keep. Phantom character counts will go away as soon as you back out of the character selection screen on a realm. You can delete spontaneously undeleted toons yourself, along with any characters you don’t want any more.

Yep that’s exactly what it was, i went through all the realms and my totally character count went down, and i was able to create a new character. Thank you for the help.
