havent been able to submit a ticket, only thing that went thru was a appeal a account ban. says max number of tickets but i literally have like 4 tickets in 4 years. just need a in game item issue resolved.
Do you have any opened tickets not marked as resolved?
just the 2 i opened as appealing penalty because it was only thing that would actually work, but the issue was alreadying happening
You would only need one ticket open. Appeals can take a while. What is the issue you are currently experiencing? I would recommend closing at least one of your open tickets now, and perhaps point you in the direction to open a proper ticket, or why the system did not allow a ticket in the beginning.
i cant open any ticket thats my whole issue it just says “YOU CANT SUBMIT THIS TICKET” “YOU ALREADY HAVE THE MAX # OF ACTIVE TICKETS” the actual issue is i bought 2 tier head pieces lasherweave covers and gemmed thme i meant to buy a lasherweave vestment, both are 95 emblem of frost, was trying to get emblems refunded or just have lasherweave vestments placed in inventory.
Unfortunately once you gem, equip or enchant an item it goes out of the refund period. A Gm likely could not help in your case.
im trying to talk to a GM, need to be able to submit tickets, and yes i know once i gemmed it it wouldnt refund at vendor
First I would advise closing any tickets under appeals, especially if you are not actually appealing an account action, that would be really confusing on their end.
You could, and I hope once those tickets are closed, put in a item restore ticket.

But I advise this:
Be aware you might get an automated answer at first requesting you check the item restore system, and reopen the ticket if you need further help.
Also, since your item is no longer able to be refunded under the vendor system, understand it likely can not be restored by a GM either, for either classic wlk or retail. If the answer is no.
You cannot, not for an issue like yours. They are absolutely hands-off of refunding items once they’ve been altered. Nor will you speak to anyone re: appeals. Appeals are simply a fresh pair of eyes looking over all of the data, it isn’t for you to plead your case. Also, if you have two tickets for appeals open, you need to close one. Having two open only clogs up the system and does things like prevent you from opening any other tickets.
The GMs try to help when and where they can, but there are some instances, like if the timer has run out on being able to return an item or when an item has already been gemmed/enchanted - they cannot and will not be able to do anything for you. At all. It is one of those things that are absolute.
Players need to pay attention to what they are doing and the choices they’re making. GMs should not have to be that safety blanket for every situation.
I am sorry you’re in the spot that you’re in, but it was a mistake that you made. You will just have to hope RNG is kind or work to earn enough badges to purchase the chestpiece.
Editting to add another article in addition to Kozzae’s.
From what I can see, Wilbus, you already had a ticket open on this matter, which I believe has been answered. I don’t know when you started receiving the message that you had the maximum number of tickets but from what I can see you have put in several now.
Three appeal tickets, item restoration, two refund requests, and mail recovery. Most of those are automated systems, so until those tickets are resolved I believe they would have counted towards the maximum.
For some clarification, our ticket system generally focuses on issues that our staff may be able to assist you with. The reason you couldn’t put in a ticket is because our Support staff is usually not able to assist with the refund of those items. There is specifically a refund mechanic in-game to help recover from alternate currency purchases made by mistake. Sorry.
Im having the same problem says max number of tickets and I need something resolved I can’t get any help!
Please don’t spam and necroing old threads. Anything older than a week or two is a necro. You’ve already got your own thread up.
What is it that you need resolved?
If you’ve got tickets opened or that you’ve not fully marked as resolved, you’re going to need to clean those up on your ticket page.
