Looked at the picture again and whoops! Turns out I was wrong! The Green Motes were the Normal Shade of Death Magic!
Turns out that Stygia is just the byproduct of ripping apart Anima to get raw Death Magic and thus is the color of whatever Anima was ripped apart(Green, Rainbow or Blue-Grey)! Embarrassing isn’t it?
I already got the maw mount that will be worthless in 9.1 no point for me to chase this garbage.
But it’s great for those that dislike TC.
So glad I didn’t no life TC now.
Are there any guides about where to go to look for the stygia silver/dust needed for the mount?
I got this mount last night. The Stygia grinding was a pain.
Any tips on how to do it? I got like 1-2 randomly doing the first few parts of the puzzle, but that’s it.
The Stygia Nexuses are pretty spread out all over the place, but I think the Beastwarrens has the largest concentration. You often need to use the grapple to get to them. Sometimes they’re inside caves.
You could theoretically get this mount in one day. You can avoid killing enemies as much as possible. You can use the Stygia Dowser while in combat, and then run.
I was planning on taking some time today to farm up what I could towards the mount, but wasn’t sure where to start looking. I was already at rank 4 of eye of the jailer yesterday, which made it a pain. I figured I’d let that reset before trying again. Thanks.

So you’re saying I shouldn’t have been blowing off the maw these past two months?
It’s much easier to get this mount if you already have the Corridor Creeper. You need to travel around the Maw a lot.
