Only thing I can come up with is that you missed all but two weeks of the event. It’s not five dungeons, it’s five weeks of getting the max XP buff at least once.
If you missed it you may be out of luck: We have two WoW weeks left of the event and the 25th may very well be Undermine(d).

yes, i’m running 4x dg to obtain the buff, and its not counting progress, i did this for 5 weeks, i sended a pic to show i’m with the buff on 3 chars + a video proving the bug, he just said ‘‘maybe a guide on wowhead can help’’ is that a gm or an AI bot?
the achievement is for five weeks of completing five dungeons.
It’s not for doing five dungeons.
It’s for doing five weeks of five dungeons each.
If you are at 2/5, it means that you have done 5 dungeons on two separate weeks. If you do another five dungeons this week, it will raise that to 3/5.
There is not enough time left in the event for you to complete the achievement if you only started last week. I got my bee mount yesterday right on schedule.
That is definitely an issue. Put in another ticket.
Potential issues to think about:
- Are the characters you did this on in previous weeks on a different account?
- Have you disabled all of your addons to make sure nothing is interfering with the interface’s readout of your achievement progress?

The event runs for seven weeks, and to get the mount, you have to get the weekly buff 5 of those 7 weeks, and to get the weekly buff requires 4 stacks of the individual dungeon run buffs.
This is week 5, and I got the mount yesterday on one of my accounts. We have two more weeks to go.
So if your progress after doing the dungeon runs this week is only 2/5, you can only get two more weekly buffs, to 4/5 by the last week, which looks like means you will miss out on the mount.

five weeks and five dungeons? people said on wowhead its 4 dungeons for 5 weeks, are you sure about that?
It only counts one Mastery of Timeways buff per week. You aren’t getting three times the credit for getting it on three different characters.
Of course I’m just spitballing here, but I also haven’t seen this issue. You may want to consider moving this to Customer Service? Perhaps some of the folks over there could provide additional insight.

This hasn’t been bugged at all. Sounds like you didn’t play for part of it.
there’s more people on wowhead saying they have their progress stucked too, so im not the only person lol

Sounds like they either didn’t do it every week, or didn’t do enough dungeons to get the max buff every week which is required.
Of course GM’s are going to direct to wowhead. They are not allowed to give game hints.

Got mine Tuesday.
I did 5 TW dungeons every week. No issues.
I know something was floating around that if you use an alt to do these you could do just one each week, log off, log back on following week and do a single dungeon and it was counting. Provided the buff remained, it counted, no idea if it was true or if it worked.
I chose to do 5, as there is a weekly for 5, even though I only needed to technically do 4 each week for the buff.
If OP thinks it really is a bug
yeah, just did 5x dungeons and didnt counted progress, more people are having the same issue as me on wowhead commentary guide

Like what seems to be many others, I am also stuck on this at 2/5 progress as of 2-4-2024. Last week (January 28 - pre-server restart today, February 4th) I not only completed the weekly TW quest, I did a few additional. I did more than 5 TW dungeons, yet no credit. No buff apparently. I went to the support articles, and here is what Blizz has to say, which is not helpful, and I am guessing they have put minimal effort in to actually investigating…
