Hello I am looking for a GM to view my appeal as I am now banned for 4 days after I refused to invite a player to my raid and he subsequently mass reported me for an inappropriate name (my name is completely appropriate and fits my characters race as a role-playing name). I do not want to have to wait until after the 4 day ban is over for my ticket to even be updated.
Tickets are averaging 1 to 2 days depending issues rhe forums arent a means of bypassing that.
Now to the core of the issue mass reports dont gaurentee a ban or name change it just brings it to a gms attention the fact that there is a action means a gm agrees woth the reports however thats why u can apeal maybe the gm was wrong but ur gona have to wait on the ticjet.

There isn’t any GMs on the forum, let alone the CS forum. And to get to the meat of the matter - no, being reported doesn’t get you action. A GM removed the reports and agreed with it.
That and that user name you’re posting is still against the rules.

Your name is also going to get reported in this forum, you’re likely going to get suspended here as well, and the thread is going to be closed because it is going to devolve into an obvious dumpster fire. Everybody knows your name is not appropriate at all, mass reporting does not automatically cause an account action, and people were right to report your name, if this is the one you used.

I’m going to close this up for now, instead of just deleting it, which I should do considering the name of the character you are posting on.
I think there is a very big misunderstanding of what is appropriate for our T for Teen rated game.
References to genitalia… is inappropriate and will continue to be inappropriate no matter how clever one thinks they are.
As for your current action, you were reported, not “mass reported”. The name was changed because it was deemed inappropriate. Could it have been a reference to something else? Certainly, but unfortunately we often have to look through a lens of crass interpretation because people insist on being crude.
Given the naming history on your account, the name wasn’t anything other than a sexual reference, so let’s not pretend otherwise.
I will do you the courtesy of going through some of your characters and flagging them for a rename. If you wait until other players see and report your names the penalty duration you currently have will continue to multiply.
If I miss any, feel free to report those that violate policy. I would highly recommend not renaming the characters the same or similar names.
