Understand, the squelch system is intended to help deal with possible advertisement, spam and other nuisances. It is temporary, and is lifted upon review, but it does not otherwise prevent you from playing the game. It is one of the reasons we went with silences for these social issues and not suspensions.
I am sorry that you were negatively impacted, but your fellow players wanting to limit toxic behavior really isn’t a false report. Just a report that was categorized incorrectly.
Live chat isn’t the appropriate means of appeal either. Our staff is here through the weekend, but you’ll want to put in an appeal ticket, not try to circumvent the proper channels.
