I have cleared the Valley of wisdom 4-5 times now with 1-2 masks each time, and the mask refuses to drop, am I doing something wrong or is this just a problem for everyone?

I am having this same issue. I tried equipping and re-equipping the first mask and have completed valley of wisdom twice now and haven’t unlocked the burned bridge mask.
Likewise! Can’t seem to get it with one mask active and defeating Thrall afterwords, despite it saying to clear the Valley of Wisdom objective. Perhaps it needs something like 4 masks, we shall see.
Continuing to have this problem. I have tried deleting cache, disabling addons, and also completing additional objectives alongside valley of wisdom and I am not unlocking this mask. This is blocking my progression. Very frustrating. Also I can not access in game customer support.
I got it with 1 mask on; something’s definitely bugged. Valley of Wisdom seems pretty bugged in general for a lot of people (boss not spawning, etc.)

I had to gear up an alt a little and received the mask on my first try with the alt. I doubt this is going to get fixed so I hope that you have an alt you can use.
There’s a 1-hour maintenance window this morning, so perhaps the servers being restarted as part of it will reset some of the bugged states people have been experiencing with Valley of Wisdom (and thus possibly this issue).
Yeah no such luck. Still will not drop any masks after the maintenance. Seriously Blizzard, can we get a fix for this? We are literally locked out of playing content which seems to be a recurring theme with everything that has been released lately.
I have the same problem with the mask not dropping.
