A nice kilt would be epic, and the Valentine’s outfit skirt in bright green, without the hearts on the side( that make it hard to mog with other stuff)
A holiday emerald saddle for my favorite dragon, the Wylderdrake-that makes him breath green fire and shamrocks
I expect some simple kilts too in a few different colors and patterns, but the Leprechaun outfit would be the monthly reward.

I wouldn’t call a kilt short. Standard length has them hit just below the knee. Long enough to overlap the top of the kilt socks so that the whole leg is covered. That said, they definitely aren’t ankle length.
