Would be nice to get an update on the timing expected. It’s been a couple hours now - would hope Blizz has an idea of the progress they’ve made and time remaining to complete?
Haha, yup. Central NY, here.
I think this will be longer than 8 hours, unfortunately
LOL I know this now been in game since 2008…seen my share of real 8 hrs down time…and seen as years went by the down times got shorter and shorter…and sometimes the listed 8 hrs didn’t happen and game was up in 3 hrs…you just never know.
EST gang back at it
North Florida on Atlantic side here…
It’s always Beer o’ Clock somewhere.
Not saying that it is, but it would be nice if it’s a world event leading into the release of the next xpac later in the year. (probably too soon but I like to hope.)

the updates processes take much longer than expected. so, I hope you’re getting ready to put in place sum new servers to reduce lag would be great, also maybe. take in count the long, Q time both in lfr and keys Looking for groups, the follower Q are fast put that into lower keys for everyone, it like high school myself I have been waiting for over 2 hrs. to get in 16 key and longer in Raid, yes I know about guild but there are like high school also and player like basic but if only the guild Im would run with me I have to pug and i hate that
While we wont know until the servers go live. I have yet to download any files.
But who know until the servers go live but i have a hunch today might be patch day.
Hope you all are crediting people a day for this.
Ohhh ohh the realm list is up …its blacked out but its up usually the game comes up not long after the realm list shows up …keep fingers crossed.

@Tikarü, it’s difficult to say given the vagueness. NFS upgrades typically are entirely logical, as in you don’t need any specific hardware to upgrade. This is more so in the realm of how the application servers are going to communicate with the backend storage systems. That said I can imagine the community manager also has been given limited details, and the may be doing any number of different upgrades. Their IT may just refer to the system as a whole as their “NFS” as many do their “SAN.” Despite the incorrect nature of the former.
I just logged in to see and i was able to get into server
