I just now received a knowledge point item from gathering which was one of the things effected by the reset not happening. it appears I’m still missing the weekly chests though. Not sure what happened, if these points are counting towards next weeks cap or something.
Wouldn’t mind getting those keys back tbh.

It does seem like the problem was fixed. Saved a few unopened caches from last week and they had keys in them this week.

Problem fixed on my main. No compensation in the mail, alas.
Just logged in to see that the Weekly profession quest - Blacksmith Service Requested - is not available on this character:
Says that it is “true” as completed, but I haven’t completed it.
My main, 80 BE paladin, had my activities weeklies reset, like the dungeon and discs; but ALL of my prof knowledge weeklies are snafu.
Just to add:
- Treatises
- World Drop Knowledge Points
- Weekly Blacksmith quest
The only thing that was available was the weekly Mining quest.
The other quests are available, but no Gear or Key dropping from chests either.

Everything seems fixed on my end this week. All quests reset and got a key and gear off of first chest so far

Yeah, I am still missing the stuff, and it seems they removed the ability to open tickets… The one I had opened Blizzard closed. And i can not submit any others. Just redirects me to the forums.

Same, looks like they just straight up removed in-game ticketing??
No, but it’s hard to put in a ticket for stuff the GMs aren’t allowed to fix anyway.
The only response is to report the continuation of the bug and wait for the developers to actually fix the bug.
How many of us that are missing the quest, were also those that got in on the early releasse?
This is the first week where my quests haven’t reset, but it also seems to only be part of them. The weekly collect wax and the waking the machine quests were not available.
I was able to grab the lamplighters, the titan fragment, Pact, and dungeon quest.
I’m unsure about the play, I haven’t been by while it’s been up.
Edit: I am unsure yet if I will get any adventurer bags with gear or keys. I’ll update tomorrow morning with the findings on those.

My weekly Waking the Machine, Wax, and Theater quests did not reset for the first time.
I also cannot submit a ticket via the in-game Support function to work. It’s as if the option was removed completely.
EDIT: Opened my first pinnacle cache. No gear and no keys. What a joke. I’m going to lose a whole week worth of gear and progress on the third week of the season.

it was removed and they pretend they pushed a fix for this 4 days ago… weird how they only made it worse

Last week the weekly call of the worldsoul meta was available for 80s so I could pick it up on all my under 80s, but today (9/24/24) we are back to ‘nothing for under 80s’ meta-wise (the 80 quest is collect 100 Disc fragments). A couple of rares I killed ON an 80 also hadn’t reset (first kill of the week).
Sigh.
I was able to get the quests. the machine speaker one didn’t have the bonus chests.
None of my cache’s have had coffer keys. that 4 coffer keys I lost. An entire week of progression.
Adding to the list:
I can’t even get the rep on my alts.
That means I’m falling behind on reputation that I cannot catch up.
So far:
- Profession knowledge
- Coffer Keys (so no delves for me this week)
- Reputation
It would be nice to have a developer to look at this and fix manually these for those people affected.
These things cannot be recovered from.
