I am trying to create a mana gem, but I am receiving an error that says, " you can only carry 1 Mana Gem." However, I received this error when I just logged in and do not have a mana gem in my inventory or bank. Further, I logged out for more than 15 minutes in the hope that the non-existent “mana gem” would disappear. However, that similarly failed. I also tried swapping talents, reloading, disabling addons, etc. All to no avail. Please help!
Try a proper reset disabling wont fix the issue if its a corrupted UI

Whoops! Sorry I am new to the forums. I did not mean to delete my response. Thank you very much for the suggestion, Darthwraith. Unfortunately, this did not seem to work. However, the good news is that this may eliminate a corrupted UI as a potential cause.

At least we can rule it out did u check the regents tab as well as ur bank

Yes, reagent tab, all bank tabs, complete inventory (with specific searches for “gem”, “mana”, and also a search without it being narrowed). I also logged out for 20 minutes previously to try to get the invisible “gem” to go away.

Well only other 2 options i can think of are item restoration and void storage.
I’ve never used void storage so I don’t think that would be it. What are you thinking about item restoration?
