I mean sure, the Wakanda Trolls are cooler than the fat humans, and Bwonsamdi is a G.
But I’m playing through BFA on my VE Warlock, and everything else about the expansion seems more interesting on the Alliance side(TO ME). So Far anyway.
The Kul Tiran zones are better, Boralus is > Dazar’alor functionally. the quests and are more interesting and cooler (TO ME). like…Drustvar is amazing(TO ME), and there isn’t any zone in Zandalar that stands out to me, like Drustvar does.
Copy&paste velves with no home and lore vs modified Night Elves with a huge zone, city & lore
2 Alliance zones destroyed/turned into never ending war zones
Teldrassil forever destroyed and now the nelves have to share a small village on the dragon isles
Several CGI cinematics focusing on a sad Orc, with not a single one depicting the Night Elves as victims of the massacre and its aftermath.
Even after the war, there have been no efforts from the Horde to make amends for all the destruction in multiple zones like Ashenvale, Darkshore, Stormgarde, Southshore etc. The Alliance must take care of everything themselves and ironically now shares two of its cities with the Horde, which was responsible for all the suffering in the first place, while all Horde cities remain inaccessible, despite the Alliance providing aid to several cities.
yup, alliance story was much better.
People have been crying about the horde popularity, but ever since wod, It is all about alliance. Save Anduin, kill slyvanas, save elves. blah blah blah
Haha, it’s so true, it really is I used to hate having to use that flying totem then ride my ground mounts the rest of the way just to go to Alliance zones or reset mission table it totally sucked.
Yeah I will never understand why it wasn’t an issue then it became an issue but it’s like whatever now especially with dragonriding since it seems that will be useable automatically and from here on out so even if people hate it, it’s better than nothing.
horde since pretty much MOP are the side character that is often just comic relief. I mean for BFA to happen they literally had to twist the plot so teldrassil could burn. Those trees ain’t supposed to burn that easily, and don’t get me started on the infinite range catapults.
As a bifactional, I loved both the Horde and Alliance zones in BfA. My only complaint is Boralus is a lot easier and faster to navigate than Dazar’alor. I still think the troll city is gorgeous tho.
Being completely honest, i was more incentivized to not pay attention to the open world content on my ground mount. because im busy trying to find the most efficient way to get from point a to point b without getting dismounted by insane mob density. I ain’t going a step off course when I have to fight 30040405004040 mobs to explore.
