Normal, heroic and m plus my dps has increased so much. It’s not just me I’m seeing rets be top 1,2,3 in raid bosses. With the ring set up and our new re work it feels so good. Thank you blizzard for acknowledging we were the squishiest class and fixing us.

Why would anyone complain another classes increased dps? That just makes taking down a boss easier. What a weird thing to complain about. Unless the overall discrepancy is so high that’s it’s ridiculous, a class that isn’t weak is a good thing. No?

I don’t even move for inspiring anymore! We have a short bubble for 30% damage reduction, shield of vengeance, bubble, self heals - man feels so good you actually feel like a plate class now!
I have a WW monk alt, and yes, monks need a buff.
What is it with people being selfish these days regarding their classes? If a monk equals my dps, what should that matter? I can still dps and tank (if I wanted to), the monk can do dps and heal (if they want to). Having niche abilities and roles should have nothing to do with dps.

yea they’re doing really good right now. Problem w/ class playing really good is blizzard tends to nerf those classes 
I think they are, actually. So, I don’t understand his statement. Though, I think he’s equating dps equality with niche abilities. He’s also a bit of a contrarian. At least in the few threads I’ve seen him.

They were. It backslid a bit when other classes got AoE buffs.
ST is awful. Even if you try to spec completely for it.

If I get yours. See, that’s not the point. Regardless of each classes specific utilities, we should all fall within a certain margin in regards to DPS while still retaining their own flavor. Seriously, what are you actually asking for? Do you want to tank as a windwalker? Cool, give me some dedicated healing. These have nothing to do with DPS disparity, and that’s what is being discussed.
They definitely erred in favor of “way too strong” instead of “underwhelming rework”
I hope that, in very least PvP, we see more continued nerfs to Ret… The over performance is real, and staggering.
I’m by no means a top player but being top dps in a mplus run with solid players or topping dps charts in heroic feels so good.
I agree, Ret feels great.
I don’t disagree but… ngl… when I read the topic I read it as ‘Man pet rocks now’ and totally came in on that alone.
