Has anyone else come across a Bug with Malygos when riding the drakes. action bars sliding off screen repeatedly? Turning off all addons does not fix this issue. Happened to 5-6 raiders.

Yes this happened to me. I was insanely frustrated and I streamed it to my friends to show them what was happening. This is absolutely gamebreaking and needs to be fixed asap. It happened to me two pulls in a row. I submitted a ticket but who knows how long blizzard will take.
Yes. If you’re in combat, entering ANY vehicle can cause this bug.
Happened to ~5/25 of our members tonight on malygos. Disabling every single addon and restarting allowed us to do it properly.

Sounds like you need to fasten your bars a bit better when riding a dragon.

Didnt have this happen on maly, but i have had it happen when doing quests throughout northerend.
a guildie in raid last night mention this OP.

someone on reddit found the issue (can’t post the link bc Blizz will prolly delete my post). But they wrote:
Any addon that messes with “Target frame” can cause this issue.
"ModernTargetFrame" - cause for most players now
"TargetHealth" addon from TBC that I forgot to remove - was a cause of this for me
