They are making assumptions based on how Dante’s Inferno’s Video Game Adaption depicts the Circle of Gluttony as being the Fleshy Digestive System everywhere.

Case in point the Maldraxxus Skeletons all have Skin on them despite looking so desiccated you can see their ribcage!
The Abominations don’t have exposed parts of their Skeletons either!
The majority of the Shadowlands Bones look like Spikes so they have no need to remove those ones though the Bones that look like Ribcages as well.
The Chinese Client didn’t remove the Bone-esque Design from all the architecture either(just the actual Bones).

Well it’s kind of funny since it seems like Bones grow organically like plants would in other realms. Bone tenders are growing and harvesting bones around the zone iirc.
It the opposite of Bastion, bad on the outside good on the inside.
Well, when Squishy (that’s my sentient slime droplet battle pet from Maldraxxus) hugs me, I get the good green stuff all over, but it’s the price we pay for love in Maldraxxus.
It’s primordial ooze, sir. The stuff of life. Embrace it.

And most of the floor is flesh. I do like that detail. Even if it’s gross

This game has yet to make me sick, scared, or anything of the sort. Then again my job is all blood, guts, enemas, and ulcers.
Nurse? Doctor?
Growing up with a nurse for a Mom lead to some INTERESTING stories lol

This is why they do not have noses
I have a very sensitive nose. The smell of rotting flesh turns me off.

It is not a Dante level of hell, if that is what you looked up. Though maybe one of the layers from the Inferno are similar. I would not know. I never read Dante’s Inferno.
Anyway, there are many interpretations of this Hell I am speak of in many religions. The theme is basically the same: it is an area made up of all things of the body and flesh. I know for a fact Hinduism has hell like this, though I forget the name. The inhabitants are of lower casts are forced to live by eating the gross, fleshy stuff that grows from the ground. The Hell from Palahniuk’s Damned also fits some of this description.
Aaah, the great outdoors.

Because Odyn stole Valajar to to take to his Vahalla themed imitation of Shadowlands instead of them getting the honorable warriors covenant they should have gotten .
It’s like the sexiest zone. I want a mural in my bedroom.
I fell in love with Maldraxxus too. Really thought I wasn’t gonna like it.
Agree on Nazmir. Something about that place really grossed me out.
But I love Madraxxus. My Tauralus and Flayedwing mounts are adorable!

Yet you Worgens sniff yourselves
I almost picked them for focus regen. Extra abilty takes a little less effort for cast, and it’s guaranteed to hit vs mobs players leaving a circle. Decided the critical, instead.
I personally like the zone, not just it’s powers.
