No not really
Outside of the netherdrake flying quests, no not really.
It is noticeable if you are flying around as a group in an area and one player (especially a paladin) has the 30% extra speed then out speeds everyone.

I really don’t think that it should be a 310, if you want one get the achievement ones.

There would be no reason to get a seasonal arena rating if one could simply buy 310 flying speed from a store. Use your year of wow to go work the arena if you really want that.

for 200$ it should scale to your highest flying speed. 150/280/310

I thought we were clear that the only thing worth playing Arena for was the rating locked gear. Nothing else matters. Git gud, etc.

I do not agree with “we.” The real rewards from the arena are the TITLES and MOUNTS. The gear is eventually obsolete.

Titles and mounts. Gear only matters when Elite Glad gear is out for the transmog.
Titles and mounts are great but I do also just love the arena. Even if I don’t earn mounts or titles I still have a lot of fun.

This will never happen, ever. Just get the achiev mount.
I don’t know about you but unless something goes wrong I’m going to have a 310% mount tonight with only 1030 arena rating.
( glory of the raider awards a 310% mount and in my particular case I need only 4 more achievements and the two hardest achievements undying, and twilight zone I already have)
