idk about free, but a quicker cost reduction would surely be nice. Think respec’s should be free if a toon was under X level though.

Let’s stop messing around. Why isn’t every single retail change already made to TBCC? I’m a paying customer, I demand all retail functions are grafted onto the face of TBCC like a horrible botched plastic surgery job that leaves the patient unable to breathe through their nose and permanent desensitization in their face.

This thread isn’t asking for dual spec… dual spec costs gold and it’s the choice between 2 sepcs… it’s not just “free respecs.”
Free respecs is absolutely something like the current retail talent system.

Apparently the economy isn’t destroyed enough already; let’s take a second shot at it by removing the respec fee. While we’re at it, let’s remove the repair cost, and just hand out free flasks to everyone (without suspending them for clicking the vendor, that is). What else can we make free? Oh, flying mounts! Of course! Free epic flying for everyone!

You guys don’t think that if respeccing was cheaper or free that people wouldn’t be enjoying more content? I’m a pvper and I would love to pve, but I don’t have the G to swap around like that in order to be optimal. So I opt out of it all together. It’s just a shame because the game could be so much more fun with a slight change to how the cost works to respec.
Majority of people that are against dual spec do not participate in pvp. If they did they would see this issue first hand.
Blizz added dual spec in wotlk and their reason was:
“The new system makes this a much more logical process, saving on time and cost and allowing players to easily move from one aspect of the game to another.”
