Make normal raids on the queue

I’ve decided that we should make normal on the queues

Why you ask?

It’s just gets swept over in a week by any guild worth their salt, if they’re struggling with it they might not be able to fill rosters or have a lot of new time raiders trying their hands.

Like most casuals I don’t have a lot of time but I’d still like to attempt content like normal raids but a huge complication comes when finding a group with out the achievements or not having a high enough Ilvl.

We might as well just put this on the queue at this point to get more people into it.

Just put a tight Ilvl restriction on it, like 365 or something so everyone is at least in mythic gear or higher.

First you say make rated BG’s queable and now this. You are clearly troll posting.

You have LFR for a reason.

Content like Mythic dungeons, Mythic+ dungeons, rated PvP, and Normal Raids or higher difficulty WILL NEVER BE QUEABLE WITHOUT PREMADES

I’ve pugged every xpac aside from BC

Pugging has been clearing normals for years and years, normal raids are currently underused and has a pool of people that would scratch into it.

Might I suggest first getting a job as lead designer of WoW :+1:

Normal is puggable but you actually have to form your own group, This is why LFR exists so people can get the story of the raid and some pity gear.

This will never happen unless they remove LFR difficulty from the game and make normal the new LFR.

I don’t know why anyone would consider this a troll, it seems pretty reasonable at this given time.

“Reasonable” is “subjective”.

LFR is a thing, that is why this is unreasonable. You already have a queable raid.

The raid is really not challenging to a lot of players, the mechanics are limited and there are really really geared people in them that blow the content out of the water

I’d like to be able to queue up for a more difficult version of that, something that does have a bit more challenge and would make it slightly harder to just get completely carried through.

I don’t see what part of the community this would harm

Form your own group in premade groups.

The community is already calling for the axing of LFR and removal of queable raids.

And as I said before Blizzard will never do this. Rated PvP, Mythic and Mythic+ Dungeons, and Normal or Higher Raids WILL NEVER HAVE AN LFR/LFD QUE!

Not agreeing or disagreeing with OP but here is a counter point.

Why do we need normal and heroic queable dungeons then ?

Why not make normals the lfr of dungeons and make heroics and higher dungeons to where you have to make your own group only.

(Just playing Devil’s advocate )

Heroic dungeons are just a stepping stone for mythic dungeons, I’d assume a huge swath of players don’t queue for heroics anymore because they’re not worth it

I’d personally just make heroic normal at max level because they don’t really seem different at all

but tell me if mythics were on the queue that people wouldn’t use them and be able to do them with ease at this point

It’s super easy to get into normal pug groups as it is. It doesnt need a queue option.

If you’re getting denied for normal runs, go up your ilevel and you’ll be fine. I’ve been in some that only require 370 for BoD normal, and they do just fine.

Scrap LFR difficulty. Make Normal mode queable, and don’t add the determination buff.

Because the relevancy of Heroic dungeons died out by the time we got Mythic mode. Also level scaling.

Normal dungeons you can get (using BfA as an example) level 110 to 120 characters. Heroics are 120 only and have no ilvl requirement.

They had a time and place for valor/justice points but now its pointless, if they just get rid of heroic dungeons in future xpacs I don’t think anyone would shed a tear.

yeah too true

normal mode and heroic dungeons are tied to the same fate

And you know this how?

There were people saying the same thing about raiding, then we got LFR.

There are lots of people who would benefit from queues for rated BGs and normal raids. Just because you don’t like that idea doesn’t mean someone is trolling, and certainly doesn’t require you to shout them down in the forums. Actually, that could be seen as inappropriate behavior on your part, which is against forum rules.

Gonna be a no from me, dawg. Raiding is one of the last real bastions of organized content where people have to be accepted to a group. I would dislike it heavily if normal mode raiding simply became “queue content”. That would be gross.
