Make normal raids on the queue

I think anyone who disagrees with someone else’s idea now calls that person a troll. It’s actually a violation of forum rules. Just report them and move on.

it’s already queued in the form of LFR

All this would really do is get the people that wanted to raid where they intended to be.

You might be able to draw a lot of talent from these pools and would give heroic raiders that are done with normal progression the chance to go back to fill in gear

The thing is the OP has made other “troll threads” on similar topics.

Blizzard has made clear they will not have Rated PvP, Mythic or Mythic+ dungeons, or normal or higher raids quable. They are meant to be premade organized group activity.

LFR isn’t raiding.

They can do that with LFG. Same concept. Except effort is required in actually applying and being accepted. Which is good.

Or heroic raiding guilds in need of people can put themselves in LFG and take people who apply and actually form a connection. You can already queue for raids. Just not in a system where it’s automatically made for you. Which is the point. Groups being automade for you is horrible.

All it takes is someone new to come in and upset the apple cart. They also said there would never be a way to bypass leveling, and then we got boosts. Things change. They especially change when your company loses 50% of its value in four months and is desperate to retain revenue. They could decide they’d rather keep people subbed by making content more accessible.

it already in the game, I agree and I wouldn’t call LFR raiding.

I call at least normal raiding, which is getting ignored by most raiding guilds after two weeks then the people picking at it is pugs, who might as well just get an LFR system for it

Also leveling has become more tedious, you aren’t going from level 1 to 60 or 70 or even 80 anymore back when leveling mattered. Now your going to 120. The game has shifted fully to endgame content, back in Vanilla, TBC, Wrath leveling was a journey. Now adays its a grind.

Then instead of suggesting normal mode be put in queue content, which would simply make this worse because of how queue content works, instead offer a suggestion to make raids more relevant for both the pug world, and the guild world post this two-week window you’ve noticed. In queue content, everyone is a statistic. It’ll be worse than LFR.

seeing by the quality of lfr players nearly wiping on basic mechanics/ways i cannot even imagine i am going to say i will probably avoid normal difficulty with pugs…

Also this… I mean look at LFR Mekk for example:

People who get shrunk still don’t go into the spark bots, and even if they do they press random buttons even though they have the color and symbol over their head.

In normal mode you don’t see the combination you need to enter over your head only other players do.

I still need so many xmogs from normal raids. My guild usually gets through the normals in like a week or two and we start heroic immediately.

Though id say 7 out of 10 times the heroic version looks better than the normal version.

But normal pugs are easy enough to find in premade groups.

I didn’t say the normal versions looked better, I just said I need the normal versions.

lol OCD

I completely understand now XD

For me I just usually assemble my normal/heroic set then next xpac farm the mythic set.

Normal is not LFR, you can wipe there, you can wipe a lot, you throw that in the que with the average players from the pug community constantly leaving every wipe, you are in for a bad time.

So, no, keep the excuse not to properly vet people out of here

I think there is at least 1 difficulty too many tbh. If you were to suggest we replace LFR with normal, and make normal que-able (keeping all mechanics intact), I would be for it.

You would have to allow for manual selection of applicants on the raid leaders part though; especially if the majority of the group is from the same guild.

You’d have the exact same problem with normal being the new LFR as well. Heroic and mythic geared characters will queue up, carry the group, get their runes/residuum, and do the same thing when they need more runes or residuum. The “challenge” is limited for a reason in LFR as it is. The last time LFR had threatening mechanics, it got nerfed to the ground because Blizzard decided asking 25 people to do more than sit there and pew pew was too much to ask.

Pugging is not lfr. The raid lead can pick who to take in a pug, not so in an lfr.

Lfr has shown time and time again that any level of difficulty simply doesn’t work with random queued groups.

This is in my opinion more of an indictment of the current gear availability than the need for Normal to be queued. If we’re going to fix something, it should probably be the way gear is working these days.
