I’m of the opinion loot is withheld until completion as opposed to a deserter rebuff.
Thus people can reque but they will not receive any reward for it, and if they frequently quit x amount of times it’ll be considered grieving as opposed to punishing the whole.
Removing deserter buff will then allow a whole new queue as opposed to punishing innocent players and existing replacement players Ina dungeon.

Honestly, the best fix would be to just have all the loot drop on the final boss, but I don’t see that happening.

Because grieving each other has become the meta.
Your complete disregard for others aside, if you want to farm a specific item, make a custom group. Having to fill in a dungeon because someone left early takes the full dungeon from the person replacing you. It is inconsiderate and childish to approach dungeons like this.
The exact same could be said for your side of this “argument”. If you want to run dungeons, form a group.
People getting worked up about the loot issue are failing to realize that there are plenty of other reasons people quit groups.
Move loot to final boss, by all means. I’m still going to leave a group that’s full of complete morons, is toxic as all get-out, and/or clearly has different goals than I do. Lol.
Normal/Heroic loot is trivial and unimportant in the grand scheme of things anyway, and this problem goes away in a week. Moving loot to last boss wouldn’t really change much.
Can’t stand him FYI. Don’t like far right weaklings who cry about woke and minor unimportant issues like someone dropped a party once so now we need to ban people. Stupid people have stupid suggestions, and Asmongold is very stupid.

With the number of people still crying about leavers either those changes aren’t working or people are going to cry about leavers even when there aren’t any.
So keep dropping the tear-soaked notes in the suggestion bin.
If I were forced to stay in a group or risk being banned, I would just wipe the group repeatedly on purpose.

Only two more days and the people wanting people banned are about to have 20 to 30 min. dps queues anyway.
Which is why we need ways to report and ban people like you to clean up the community of unnecessary toxicity.
I mean you can punish players all you like. But the truth is you’re still playing a game filled to the brim with people who just want to drop group the second they kill the 1 boss they’re after.
Maybe focus on the actual problem, hmmm?
