If you are too busy or short on time, then don’t queue up for a match. There should be no way to get out of queue once the match has been created and should just automatically load us into the match.
This should help prevent premades and win trading since there would be no way to guarantee anything.

or apply 5 min deserter account wide, doubling for every queue miss

Terrible idea, the amount of people who are AFK in the starting room would increase drastically.

^ This. OP, do you really want a bunch of people on your team that are in the middle of taking a crap?

Gotta apply the debuff penalty they had for this to work right.

nah bliz just needs to let players bail on matches when their matchmaker creates such consistently bad experiences
players shouldn’t suffer because bliz’s matchmaker sucks, and don’t fill them when players bail - premades taking welfare wins anyways from pugs so why bother filling them
nothing is at stake in a regular bg except a bit of extra honor and a tiny amount of conquest - and let us queue AV by itself, the rest of the epics suck in comparison

They should not be queueing then. Double the punishment for leaving the game on purpose. This will create better queueing habits and better quality games because they will choose wisely.

The problem here is determining whats on purpose which is almost impossible.
The debuff for not taking Q just needs to be drastically punishing for repeat offenders

watch me in game afk if this ever comes to light.
Great idea. Also bring back the debuff for not taking ques in unrated PvP. That was helping.

Start the lazy cow debuffed after the auto accept. Idc if you are taking a crap. You’re crapping on my time and everyone else on the team. Suffer, along with your account status. Like overwatch, seasonal queuing bans after too many cow debuffs.

Notice how the only ones whining about the removal of the debuff are alliance from RR. I noticed when it happened, I’ve been silenced till now.
I’m aliiiiiiive!
