Make Dracthyr visage form permanent

lol ok great you’re just being stubborn then. Got it.

If that is how you see it.

Which is no different than the explanation you offered. That’s why I can’t agree with it, no matter how obvious you feel it could be. It may very well be the case later on, but for now it’s not.

The difference is I am using lore reasons into why it might be. You know, brain storming why. You just want to wait until it is told to you, which is fine as well.

Probably will just be because the bronze dragon flight saw a lot of elves and humans in the future and took shape as one. It might not be.

I don’t think race visage is happening now that dracthyr can be other classes, it’ll be like getting a free race change and dracthyr would be too popular of a race for that reason.

I would support Drachthyr mages only switching forms when they use racial abilities.

It’s headcanon for a plot hole.

Bingo, one that is based on in game lore. It might not have happened but the likely hood that is why they have visages more to humans and elves is high.

It’s still headcanon. Just like my character’s story is based on in game lore, but it’s still just headcanon and a self insert.

The Bronze flight didn’t share their visions with everyone. So you’re just assuming instead of just chalking it up to “Blizz did’t think that far ahead and just wanted to make pretty things.”

They didn’t need to share their vision, just come back looking like elves and humans and teaching them about visage magic. That is it. Yeah, it is headcanon but it is the one that makes the most logical sense in lore.

And yeah, no duh Blizz just wanted a pretty race with dragons or Alextraza wouldn’t be a smoke show. But at least I can think why they look like that via the lore.

So coming up to others with, “Hey check it out, I just thought it was cool, no it has nothing to do with anything from the future!” somehow makes sense to you?

It doesn’t make sense me. If it makes sense to you, then enjoy your headcanon, but let’s not spread it around like it’s fact.

Then that’s all there is to it. They didn’t think that far ahead, this is what we’ve got. Done and done.

So coming up to others with, “Hey check it out, I just thought it was cool, no it has nothing to do with anything from the future!” somehow makes sense to you?

I mean, that is literally wow and star wars in a nut shell. Rule of cool first then make up a reason later.

Never did, I said that is how I see it and how logical it makes with in game lore.

Then that’s all there is to it. They didn’t think that far ahead, this is what we’ve got. Done and done.

Yes, like most games and stories. Some things are made first because how cool it is then later on made to fit old lore. I mean, dracthyr and evokers are this. Chromatic dragons were created first long ago as the failed experiments of Neferian to copy his fathers experiment.

We never knew what that experiment was until they made the dracthyr and added them as the experiment. That is fine as well

This is where game theories come into play, it is fun to think about it is all.

That absolutely makes it sound like factual information.

That’s all I’m saying.

I mean, logically how else would it be? I love to hear your thoughts on it.

Deargodinheaven… you’re just ignoring my point.

Let’s try again.

This sounds like it’s factual canon lore:

It is not.

I know your point, I am asking you how you think it was done then. Just don’t say “because blizzard didn’t remember”. We know that, what I want to know is how you think they will “fix” it in your own words.

I don’t think they’ll fix it. I just don’t want headcanon spread around as fact.

Well it isn’t just my headcanon, it was something that people said in DF. That nozdormu saw future visions of different creatures, he picked his visage and the rest copied him in some form or another. That isn’t even my own personal thoughts, it is something that was spreading 4 years ago.

I mean, there are entire threads about it and people just going, Noz vision. Human form is just a smaller version of titan keepers anyways.

It absolutely is. Nowhere did any dragon claim they told all of the other dragons about upcoming mortal races.

Don’t care. It doesn’t need spread as fact. By anyone.

Moving on.

I mean, they kinda did in DF. A lot of the old labs talks about incoming mortal races a lot and sharing info on them.

Cool, no discussion on dragons anymore. Guess you don’t like talking about lore.
