Feral Feedback
Post on official forums or Reddit for Blizzard visibility. While Discord servers are great for community discussion and brainstorming, they’re not closely monitored by Blizzard for feedback. If you want feedback on Feral Druid buffs to reach Blizzard, use official forums or Reddit.
1. Stay Constructive and Solution-Oriented
• Focus on solutions, not just complaints. If you’re suggesting a buff, be clear about what specific issues you want to address (e.g., single-target DPS, AoE capabilities, survivability) and how a buff could help.
• Propose practical changes. Think about feasible buffs and not major overhauls, this is Classic not Retail.
2. Provide Evidence-Based Feedback
• Use data to support arguments. Reference recent logs, simulations, or comparative analyses showing where Feral Druids fall short compared to other classes in similar roles.
• Keep anecdotes to a minimum. While sharing experiences can be helpful, try to avoid basing your entire argument on isolated situations.
3. Stay Respectful and Avoid Class vs. Class Rivalries
• Avoid targeting other classes. Instead of saying, “X class is OP, nerf them instead,” focus on what could bring Feral Druids up to par without calling for nerfs to others.
4. Avoid Hyperbole and Exaggeration
• Stick to realistic comparisons. Avoid claiming Feral is “not viable”, “the worst spec ever” or “unplayable”. Instead, point out specific areas where it’s underperforming.
• Separate PvE from PvP feedback. Feral Druids may have different strengths and weaknesses in PvE versus PvP. Be clear about which aspect of the game your feedback applies to.
5. Keep Discussion Focused and On-Topic
• Stick to Feral-specific concerns. Try not to let the conversation drift into general Druid topics or issues with other specs.
• Avoid rehashing old arguments. Before posting, check if the point you want to make has already been made to avoid redundancy. If you agree with an existing comment, upvote it instead of creating a new, similar comment.
