Will WoW Classic be down as long as retail WoW for maintenance?

Amazing how updating one of their games causes downtime for another one isn’t it? They just released a nice XP buff for SOD and a week later we need to wait 8 hours to play again on a Tuesday. You would think Blizzard would have separated these servers by now so folks from Retail can play Classic during downtime and vice versa.

sometimes the servers come back up before the scheduled time. I guess we will see.

The actual reply button doesn’t always show who you’re replying to, and even when it does it’s pretty easy to miss sometimes.

The forum UI shows what the reply is replying to in the top-right corner of the reply.
Good assumption here, I’m actually not miserable and do have joy outside of pixels. What is the point of posting here if you don’t agree with people who would like to play and not have to deal with a maintenance that has nothing to do with their game?
Honestly, you wasting your time looking at forum posts and someone to fight with could lead someone to believe that you are the miserable one.
