Have you checked to see if the servers are plugged in? Is the power switch on? Do you have internet access?

Might have gotten a better response if you had said that it would be ready on the 19th, and then finished it early.
How and the hell do you plan on making things right with the player base? You picked the pre patch date, You said when it would be done. We took off work, possibly skipped events, etc.

I don’t think any of us are patient or understanding at this point. Get it together, Blizz. 17 years of the same old stuff.
