I got to login once but then it’s keep saying “You have been disconnected”

Mine is saying “A character with that name already exists”. This was all after I tried purchasing something off the AH, it disconnected me and now I can’t get back in ;/
why they haven’t even test this before rolling out the update ughh

Surprisingly, this did work for me. I had logged into an alt on another high pop server last night and couldn’t get to the other full server char list until I did this. Thanks for the tip!

Finally got in and now my battle stance and spells are all gone? sick. 9+ hours of maintenance for what blizz?
Add another one here to not being able to get into the game. Can’t get anywhere since it’s right on the first login screen - no chance to change servers or all the other shenanigans.

This worked for me as well, oddly enough.
I solved my issue.
I just disconnected my laptop from the house Wifi, and made a hotspot with my phone. Connected to the hotspot. Worked like a charm (using my data but wtv).
I’m not sure it is possible to contact blizzard. There is no phone number, there is no customer service, there is no technical support, other than forums that get 1 blue post for every 1,000 threads or so.
You can drive to Irvine, but you probably won’t get past the parking lot.
