For a few days now, every single evening, I experience very high latency out of nowhere and disconnects. After a bit of that, I can no longer log in into my wow account at all.
My internet is not to blame as everything else works perfectly while in wow I have like 1 billion ms.
In the past I played on NA from EU, just like I am doing now and I experienced no issues regarding latency.

Hey I am having the same issue for the last 15 mins. Was in a battleground, everything froze and i got a DC. After that i cant reconnect anymore.

Same. My husband and I both were questing, were disconnected, and can no longer log in at all.

A VPN does not help.
If I could just transfer my 15+ year NA account to EU servers, I would.

Germany. VPN does not help an its just WOW. I can connect to other US Servers in other Games without issue (e.g GTARP)
Same here since about < 1 hour. Logged in just fine this afternoon before reset and right after reset, but after a break for a few hours for RL stuff I’m having trouble. Logged in but could not get the daily quests from the Argent Tourney NPCs, got kicked out of the game to the login screen and now can’t get back in.

Sky in the UK here, hit >4K home ms and was down for ~20 min but I’m able to get back in now. Never seen that happen before
Back in as well, at normal latency/fps levels.
And kicked again 3 mins later with error WOW51900319 = connection lost
and started again …
For 5 minutes for us, now we’re kicked out again

Same… having lag, random DC and issues logging in. Canada - Rogers - no VPN.
Same for me and my partner UK Virgin Media. I saw this happen last week as well. Discord is fine all other connections are fine its just Wow. Been playing on this acct since 2004 and from the UK since 2012. I usually sit around 90-100 ms lately its been spiking to over 300ms - 1500ms with random disconnects. I’ve been disconnected 6 times in the past 30 mins. It’s only happening in wow.
I, too, was able to get back in for a couple of minutes. Then, I was kicked off again, and I can’t get in again.
