This is not an internet nor isp / country issue , this is just the game being DDoS . happening to me now and had like 6 other ppl from the guild unable to log back in. you log in get a massive lagg spike , everyone starts running in place . and boom dc and get stuck on long log in screen then dc again over and over. Last week i had this issue same as this time, game was laggy for 2 days straight , someone suggested to reinstall the game for reasons . i did and it worked fine til now. and its not just Retail , itâs classic aswell. so its 100% from the game servers being DDosâd

I was in first key +12, was thrown out once from game with 51900328, went to the next key - now it doesnât even let me into the game, stable 51900328, Pennsylvania. A month ago, all players on the Area 52, Illidan, and Thrall servers had a massive problem with this error, but it seems to have been fixed. Now it doesnât even allow you to use a VPN. Last time it was allowed with a russian VPN

Tracert to Silver Hand from Athens, Greece, shows the issue is with Twelve99 (Arelion). Canât get out of their system and times out.

Login issues aside, the servers are basically unplayable at the moment. I have 2500ms latency on Illidan-US and canât cast anything for 30+ seconds at a time.
Itâs either a DDOS attack or something is extremely wrong with the servers.

On April 24th, my group was a victim of one of the DDoS attacks. My two party (Zarmonge/Steezii) and I (Catduckcrab) entered the instance of Blackrock Depths and got disconnected prior to the first arena encounter. We attempted to use Petrification flasks as well as attempting to log out/alt-f4 and reconnect, but we were all unsuccessful to get past the authentication servers. A few minutes later when servers became stable we all logged into ghosts. Please Blizzard, take the time to look into the deaths which were due to the DDoS attacks on the 24th.

WoW service has been incredibly unreliable for months now.
What is Blizzard doing to fix these issues with a permanent solution instead of just using bandaids over and over?

Yeah first it was a lot of latency and lag it seems solved but now getting dc every time whats going on ?

Yup! Iâve been having the same issue for the past 25 minutes on my Warrior - Illidan (US) realm.

Same here, looks like everyone from US-Illidan on both Horde and Alliance are having issues connecting, and/or once connected, screen freezing then disconnecting.

unplayable for me, chat working fine. guild killed Mug Zee and I was stuck with the boss at 25%, chat was live time working though =b
Hey there! I am an EU player playing on the American servers. I have seen previous posts about US players playing on the EU servers and getting this same error, and now Iâve been having the same error for the past 2 hours or so. Itâs weird cause when I put a mobile hotspot on, I can connect and play just fine, but I cannot use my home internet.
Any other players having this issue? I have tried pretty much every fix I could find online by now.
