Hi Kaldraydis, thanks for your response. The disconnection issue that I experienced happened at around 12:00 pm Central America time. I would log on and eventually get disconnected 1-4 minutes afterwards. When the issue happened, my Battle.net client would also get a disconnected. This was consistent while playing WoW or Overwatch.
I did run a WinMTR test at this time, but unfortunately didn’t record the results. I did notice that I was actually reaching the IP I was testing to, which was 24.105.46.196. When Skelgarer asked for WinMTR results, I ran the test at around 6:30 pm my time. During the 15 minutes of the test, I didn’t have any disconnections. However, the hops that this test took were different than the ones that I had previously noticed on my first tests. I later went on a raid that night and played without any issues for the next 6 hours when I logged off. Today I haven’t noticed any disconnection or latency.
I will consult with my ISP about that first hop, but I doubt that they’ll do anything since I’ve reported it already to them on previous occasions.
Thanks again for your time on looking into this.
Same issue from Buenos Aires:

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider
My problems started again but what’s curious is that the lag began exactly at 7pm. I mean, as soon the clock hit that hour, ms went to the roof.
Blizzard probably has uTorrent programmed to open at that time…
I can play with a VPN on so it’s clearly a problem from Blizzard side, since I’ve seen this thing happen before, when we went first to Japan in order to connect to WoW servers. Stop saying we should contact our ISP because there’s people from Canada with the same issue.

Yup its back for me too. Was fine at morning and afternoon. Seems like the issue is only at nightime
Latency was really low during the day. As of 6-7 PM ST proximately it got crazy again and been like that since then (more than 2 hours have passed).
Game is totally unplayable at its current state and as all the people is asking, please Blizzard can you check this issue out? One or more of the hops designated by you is clearly not working for people from all around the world, and everyone has sent lots of evidence as you requested. This is not an issue from everyone’s ISPs obviously.
Please Blizz check this issue asap, you have all the evidence you need and there is no point in sending more WinMTR screens showing the same everytime.

Unplayable at this rate, can’t even do a simple timewalking dungeon, and is not just from a few countries but in all latin america, i’m from Paraguay and haven’t been able to play for the past few days. At this rate I’m NOT going to renew my subscription which expires in couple of days.

11k of latency in Nyalotha right now, it’s worse than last week. The game is unplayable right now, please just release servers for South American players this is not a proper payed service anymore.

Posted on several threads already but I’m reporting the same issue again. Game’s been unplayable since 6-7pm est today, and been happening since wednesday night. Is it ok to use a vpn until they fix this?

they want us to use exitlag for sure, thats the only thing thats is working right now

It’s impossible to do group content right now, absolutely unplayable. I need a fix or a refund of my game time for the last 3 weeks, seriously I want my game time back.
15:00 PDT (19:00 Argentina): (around 5 minutes when this was posted) the latency starts to go up once again.
Edit at 18:00 PDT: Although I’m still with high latency since 15:00 PDT it has been way more playable than the rest of the week (360ms to 900 ms compared to 2000ms+ the other days). As others had report, the rest of the day the latency was completely normal or slightly higher (170ms to 250ms)
One curious thing I’ve noticed i was doing PVP with around 250ms at from 18:30 Arg time, when the clock hit 19:00 ARG time the ping skyrocketed to 800 world 400 home.

I’d like to report that for unrelated circumstances, I had to hard format my windows, start from scratch… decided to install wow to give it a go and throughout this day, had a stable 180 ping, no lags, no hitches like before. Idk how is it related, since I’ve posted twice here in this forum, reporting that for the last 3 to 4 weeks i couldnt get a decent ping after mid day. I will keep testing this week, since it makes no sense to me, I’ve been doing the WinMTR tests and they were all pointing to a clusterfudge of packet loss after mid day.
EDIT: to point out, i formated today, barely did anything at all, didnt install any addons or programs, went straight to wow and been clean so far
Exactly at 6 PM eastern, the lag spikes start. Exactly at that hour
Went from 100 ms to 600 ms then 1000 ms

Vietnam same problem, i cant connect to server today. Yesterday all ok.
Anyone here using a vpn for home office ? My crazy latency started when I had to install Cisco AnyConnect to work from home… and I mean, the same very day I installed… I didnt mention it on the threads I’ve done, couse I thought it was a coincidence. Well, since I had to format my SSD and reinstall windows, as I previously said, my lag all but went away, throughout yesterday and today… up until the moment I had to install again to work.
So I played till around 12pm realm time, a bliss of latency… but had to come around and install Cisco… did some quick work and decided to log in a bit in the game… disconnected from the vpn and closed it… played for max 10 minutes… and boom, I get a disconnect… when I get back on line… there’s my buddy crazy lag back… the same way it was.
I thought it was a coincidence couse I did went to the trouble of unninstalling Cisco several times throughout the first week of the problem, but always noticed that when i installed back, all my settings were saved… so somehow the changes it made to my system, persisted. So I focused my problem on Blizzard, thinking it was on their end and made 2 threads with WinMTR.
What I’m gonna do now, regardless of any dev reading this, is wait till friday and im gonna format my drive again, reinstall my windows again, reinstall wow again and if the lag is gone, I’ll be convinced…
Problem persist today, same issue starting aprox. at 1:30 ST, only with Blizzard games. There’s a clear evidence and many clues about this issue and enough users affected to feign it doesn’t have to be with Blizzard.
I actually can only play with a VPN on, otherwise it’s impossible.
