I wanna play, but I´m getting disconnect every time, my ping are ok, my connection to internet are ok.
I´m playing from Brazil, my server in wow is Area52.
Help!!!

Same here, playing BFA on Proudmoore. I’m from Brazil and I get disconnect frequently (can’t stay online for more than 5 minutes). My ISP is Vivo. Battle.net doesnt disconnect though.

no solo en WoW, en hearthstone tambine, parece ser los mismos servidores de blizzard

Ok so apparently this doesn’t have to do with ISP, since it affects more locations other than mine. I’m from Brazil and there are folks here having this issue and linking it to our biggest ISP:

I’m having the same issue. I’m in Honduras so it might also be affecting Central America. It seems to be also affecting other Blizzard games as I get disconnected from playing Overwatch and the Battle.net Launcher also gets disconnected.

It looks like we’re all having the same problem… hope Blizz solves it quickly cuz this is really annoying. Tried to play 3 different games and got disconnected in all of them.
