Hey folks,

We’re seeing some issues with connections across Battlenet and Blizzard services that are also affecting World of Warcraft. I don’t have any specific information I can share or an ETA right now - but it’s actively being worked on. Thanks!

Thanks - fwiw can see list of toons, but get world server is down when trying to use any of the toons

I am unable to log in at all. I get kicked back before I hit the character select screen.

Aye, it looks like this incident affected all Blizzard titles. WoW being one of the more complex, is taking a little longer to bounce back. Our engineers are working on it.

If in game already, it seems you can fly places but can’t hearth. Hearthing gives “instance not found”. I had to walk out, fly to the flight master, then fly to my destination.

Did not get kicked though so that was good I guess?

I can get to the character select screen but when I try to log in it says world server down.

Mine is similar. I can log in and it goes to realm selection but it says I have no characters on any of the realms when I do. So, I have not made it past that stage. If I click on the realm it just brings me to character select screen and that part is just black and empty.

Same here, initally had a cue to get onto the world server, then its was laggy at logging in. Now I just get a list of realms but no characters at all.

My issue was I couldn’t enter a pet battle. Tried multiple times…then decided to just log out/in to see if it was me. Guess not…now I cant get in again.

Im stuck inside a hunting instance cant hearth or leave. Being held Prisoner!!

I was one arena win from “Gladiator” but got DC’d…

Same here keep going to log in screen then only loads 3/4 way and then disconnects.

If I sit on the realm screen for long enough my toons pop up but if I try to enter the realm it says character not found. I also just upgraded to the heroic edition of shadowlands (coming back after a 10ish year hiatus) and it’s not registering the character boost on the toon screen but that could be due to the server issues I guess.

At least that means I’m finally free!
