Personally, I can totally understand how a bug like this can happen.
Where I stop being able to understand is how a bug like this is released to live servers rather than being caught by testing. It seems like almost any basic testing of the new patch on a mac would have caught this.
I also become less understanding when there’s no compensation or even apology for locking players out of the game for a full week, just because it’s a less popular OS. I’ve gotten refunds for a day of server downtime in the past, but not for a week?
You had a lot of issues with macOS and TW, when a new version got released that week. We need a few more days for TW.
For Compensation for 1 full week of lost grinding,
I beleive the easiest way to do this is to give 1 week of Free Vault items, free conquest for the week and any other weekly rewards so players do not fall behind.

Fixed, but I reset game before I knew what the problem was. Lost all my add on settings, cry. I also can’t get the ui to the size I like, either way to big or default at 100% I’ll figure it out but all working well. Thank you Rommex and Omegal!

Fixed. Thanks. Hope next time you test more completely before patch release. As you noticed, it affects a lot of lives when down for this long (a week).
due to being unable to play for the week that this issue was going on well we be receiving our game time back? because now in only have a few hours left before I have to renew.
Has anyone managed to resolve this issue. because so far it has not been resolved for methe problem was already solved? I still have the same problem after yesterday’s update.
I had a ticket responded to about comping game time and the Gm said they could not do it on a one on one basis but IF its deemed they will mass award competition.

thats funny i got a reply about comped game time that was incredibly condescending and insincere didnt even apologize or address the issue they dont care.
their customer service is embarassing
