Now seeing this in Mythic, probably with enough of the community hitting that point.
My Blizzard-developer-type-friends, this expansion is wonderful and this raid is legitimately one of the best, but there is nothing more frustrating than throwing away pulls or entire nights due to lag.
I’m sure the server team is working hard, but this really needs a solution. It’s super demoralizing mashing an emergency CD for 5s straight and getting nothing.
EDIT: For clarity, this is on the Skywall connected cluster

US - Tichondrius reporting in with massive input lag.
Logged into a M+ tonight and was getting what felt like intermittent input lag. Spells delayed, not registering, etc. Latency was stable at 60, doesn’t appear to be a transport issue. Others in group were complaining about it too. Wasn’t happening in open world, just dungeons. Seems like whatever resource your using for instancing is throttling.
Experienced this for the first time tonight, as soon as I zoned into CN my World Latency was well above the norm - Floating 500-1900 for the duration of the raid, just zoned out a few minutes ago and everything is fine again.
This was a Zul’jin hosted raid, but I was the only one to my knowledge to have this issue.
It literally just hit now with the start of our last pull - Firetree server group US.
Our raid group has been experiencing this as well for weeks. All players in our raid experience the same stuttery/jumpy lag at exactly the same time. Latency is always normal ~60ms world and home. It’s intermittent but usually ends up costing us half a night.

Our raid team has been encountering this for quite a long time (since the beginning of the expansion). All party members we would say are experiencing the equivalent amount of stuttering and input delay with abilities and mechanics of the boss fights at the very same time, its discontinuous and typically winds up costing us a large portion of an evening.

It’s also not frame/ms lag. It’s specifically like the whole game is “skipping.” For example, when you cast a spell while it’s skipping, the spell won’t even register. Whereas in traditional ms/latency lag, the spell is queued and lags to start. It’s hard to explain, but it winds up being kind of like a slideshow with all the stuff in the middle not registering.

This issue is going on a month now for a multi-billion dollar company, it’s pathetic.
Sir they are a small indy company. They need something like subscriptions to help them with their server issues.
Tonight my guild was working on Heroic Sire, 3/4s of the raid was getting lag throughout a good portion of the night, not at any specific moment in the fight, it was happening at all kinds of times throughout all the different phases.
Honestly wth are you guys doing? It’s been several weeks now of this lag. Doing Mythic Crushridge server can’t even progress. Heroic has been fine over all.
Everyone on my screen jumping around like mad men. Can’t do boss mechanics. Timers off. Lots of time jumps of the whole raid in general. This is just toxic.
The fact that we zone into an instance and all lag is not just coincidental. You guys are a multi billion dollar company. Please fix it.
time - 10:30 pm est (9:00 server time)
Crushridge server
Mythic Difficulty of Huntsman (area)
Server - crushridge Guild - cosmere character - beefandchill
1/21, thursday, around 9:00 server time and beyond when we entered.
So this has been going on for the last 3 weeks, Every tuesday at least 80% of our raid is lagging so bad they cannot play, This isssue has mostly in mythic only. The lag starts on shriek, and STRONGLY intensifies on hunstman.
We tried disabling all addons, W/a, relogging, reloading.
It is now bleeding into all of our raid days. This is literally killing our mythic prog, We have all summited tickets sense it started with no response. It’s pretty disheartening loosing the most valuable time in prog to this that we will never get back and we don’t even get a single response. We are paying to not play the game.
Jan 21st, approximately 930EST, Heroic Sire boss pulls. 3 quarters of the raid ran in lag spikes, with a 2-3 second delay on ability usage. World and home MS appeared normal.

Did a blue provide any update to how/why this happens and an ETA on the fix?
Proudmoore again, approx 8:30ish on Saturday night. Lag for Hungering and Innerva, normal difficulty. All members of the raid. And to be clear, and I imagine this is the same for most of the people in the thread, people are calling it ‘lag’, but its not really lag in the normal sense. Everyones latency is fine. It’s ‘choppy’, the game is litereally just chopping like everyone is dropping to just a few frames, then it catchs back up for a few seconds, then suddenly choppyness again, then it will be fine for a few more seconds.

Tichondrius is still having issues, can we please get a fix soon? This is getting a bit ridiculous.
