no clue whats going on, title says all. I have 2 alts already skipped the questline, i am standing out by om’en before Restoring operation efficiency (suggested by the support part of battle net) and there is no skip option. I am not doing this again .

The goal post to be able to skip shifted when the last of the story quests came out. Did you take one character and finish up act 4?
Edit: It can be a bit out of date, but it looks like you do indeed need to finish up act 4 on one character in order to unlock the skip again.
That’s a Wrap doesn’t look to have been completed on any character. Searching for That’s a Wrap and filtering it to also have been completed by an alt.

From what I can see, Areha, checking on the dates when you received the Reshii Wraps, that was the first week of 11.2’s release.
During the first week if you had completed the intro up through chapter 3 your alts could skip the campaign up to that point and receive their Reshii Wraps.
Once the next week rolled around the skip had upgraded requirements. It became necessary to complete chapter 4, as well as receive the achievement Become a Hero. Become a Phasediver! for your alts to skip.
Once one of your characters completed the skip requirements any alt that previously skipped to chapter 3 could speak with Soul-Scribe in the Oasis) to do the next skip through chapter 4.
I assume your Death Knight is the one that completed chapter 3? They seem to be the first to receive the wraps, so that was my guess. It looks like that character had and abandoned " The Calm Before We Storm", which is part of chapter 4. You’ll want to complete that quest line up through " That’s a Wrap".

Go directly to the guy who gives you the cape/upgrades it. You can get it there, that was my fix last night. This has been posted in the bug report section if anyone was curious.
I don’t believe that will work, Ethl, they technically do not currently qualify for the skip until they complete the steps I outlined above. They might be able to get the wraps from Hashim, but this seems to be about the skip.

Got it, for me personally I did have the achievement and the skip was not available like it was on my previous two alts. I flew to the upgrade vendor and received the cloak there.
Yes, you are in the same situation as what I described above. You completed chapter 3 during the first week of 11.2’s release. That allowed you to unlock the Reshii Wraps and the skip up through Chapter 3, for that week.
Once we moved into the next week the requirements for the skip upgraded. You may have completed the achievement but you have not completed chapter 4. You are currently on the quest The Sands of K’aresh. If you complete chapter 4, ending with “That’s a Wrap”, you’ll have the skip available for your alts.

Ahh okay sorry I was a little confused. By saying “skip” I meant just receiving the cloak. Thank you for clarifying this though.

If you cancel the cinematic, it cancels the skip quest…
If you are referring to this quest, you will get the skip option from Om’en.
You turn in this quest to Locus-Walker:
Then Om’en will have this option to skip for you:
I have ran this main and 16 alts through K’aresh so far and each alt had this skip option. I hit ESC to skip the cinematic on each one.

What happened to me was, I was offered it as I zoned in. Omen never had the quest show. I was talking with my guild, and someone suggested, hey check Hashim. Maybe he has it. And…it wasn’t visible on the map, but HE DID! So I got my cloak in that alt. Thank you for your reply.

I have been through your pain sir. I know EXACTLY how you feel. I THINK that if you go right to Hashim, you will be able to turn it in even though you never actually accepted the quest and had it show up in your quests. That’s how my 2nd alt worked for me. I hope it helps you because this is extremely frustrating.
One of the things I didn’t do AFTER I got my cloak on my main was, I did not finish a little purple triangle quest called…something like things unseen where you kill 4 phased creatures with your new cloak. Instead, I kept doing campaign quests. So even though my main had the cloak, he never got the achieve hero/phase walker or whatever it is…once I did THAT quest, the skip quest opened up on alts. IF YOU GUYS accidentally cancel the skip quest when cancelling cinematic, like I did, check Om’en first, and if he doesn’t have it, go right to Hashim and check him. He had it for me on alts. 1. finish purple kill 4 dudes quest…2. on alt, accept skip quest, if you accidentally cancel, 3. check Om’en first, if he doesn’t have, 4. Check Hashim.
Guys that is the best I have been able to do with this situation, and I hope what I went through helps somebody else.
