It worked last night, completed the story quests to get Earthen unlocked. Think something broke with today’s maintenance. Was on with a friend in a two-person party helping them through the chain, it bugged for them tonight. Tried leaving the party, relogging, running away, never worked for them.

I had this bug but i bypassed it by joining a random group in lfg under questing as i stood on him and it worked…must be certain servers ? idk…hope this helps till they fix
Done scan and repair. Abandoned quest and tried again. Same thing.
Happening to everyone on every server at this point. Joined few friends to get Phased and they were waiting for it too. Pretty major bug.
Same issue here. I can get the RP to restart but can’t get credit.

edit: try multiple groups for any quest

I had this bug but eventually got past it. I tried reloading, leving the area, logging out, and all those, but they didn’t make a difference. I then joined a queue for a heroic dungeon while outside the area but in the AK zone. After completing the dungeon, I entered the room, and the event continued after the RP triggered. I don’t know what parts of this process cleared the bug.
try multiple quests doesnt have to be that exact one

Same issue here
Reporting is as well, quest not updating for me also when I enter in the First Ascended’s
room.

ladies and gentlemen, try joining a group with another player and then walk out and back in and walk near the guy in chains. Worked after 3 hours. Hot fixed maybe? ty to @valce for trying this. Good luck
