Main Quest bug Creeping Through Corridors

On the First Ascended’s Prison investigated part is unresponsive/unable to complete upon interaction.

Edit : 11 hours have pass suddenly ive completed it when I log. Thanks for the respone.

maybe this is an easter egg on how we are stuck in prison unable to ascend. probably a feature

Same problem. Disabled addons, reloaded UI. Abandoned quest and picked it back up and still not working. Walked in and out of room.

Same issue. I am stuck on this part of the quest and cannot progress. Tried exiting the game and abandoning the quest.
