I am in the same situation, cleared mailbox paid for transfer, while in process unknown mail from AH showed up now stuck. Don’t care what the mail is please delete.

Yes it is, the mail showed up while in process, I can not log into it to delete it. Its stuck 
I’m not certain deleting that will unstick it, Bealouradin. I can try - but you will likely need to submit a ticket on this one.
