Hello, i need my Mailbox cleared so i can transfer.

Realm: Venoxis EU
I too have mail glitch and cannot transfer off benediction to Eranikus on my main character. Cleared everything I was able to. Please clear/purge my mail if you could 
I double checked AH, I removed all people off ignore and re checked the mail and still not working. I waited about 6 hours to re attempt a transfer and still didn’t work. Nothing is working. I’m super nervous because I was able to transfer my other 4 toons to Eranikus I can’t let my main character get stuck on Benediction! Thanks in advance!

I am being told “Please clear the mail from this character’s mailbox” while I have been confirming 3 days in a row that it is empty, removed all ignored persons and no active auction lots found. Tickets are not being resolved for more than 24h.

I guess you haven’t reading the thread, the blues here have been purging peoples mail, just the forums are not staffed 24/7.

Well the EU staff tried but got told to close down his thread so hm…
Still got this Problem. Some get solved immidiately and others have to wait more than 8 hours now.

That’s not true, none of the problems got solved since the last blue post because the Blizzardian is not back in office yet.
You simply have to wait until they’re back on duty.
