Free transfers are not something Support can reverse. Your only option to go back to Benediction is to wait until it is unlocked sometime in the future and pay for a transfer.
Always check out your destination realm by making a char there first and seeing if the community, population, raids, etc. are to your liking.

No, I am not. I am a TS/CS MVP, not a Blizzard staff member. I have always been clear about that. I am however sharing accurate information. Support can’t reverse your free transfer.

Note: You cannot log in to your character until the transfer has completed and you cannot cancel a transfer in progress. Customer Support cannot cancel a transfer or speed up the transfer process. Character transfers are irreversible.
You can refund a PAID transfer within a certain time period if you qualify.

tbh i’m liking eranikus, but to enlighten you, i’ve had staff give me a free xfer back to original server due to a server being dead
