Just FYI for Blizzard, when I posted on these forums on having a similar problem the other day, and Blizzard promptly sorting out my invisible mail problem that was stopping me transferring - in the meantime someone had made a character with the same name, on the server I was trying to transfer too.

So just be aware of trolls doing same to others.

I lost my character name in the transfer because of that. Not a huge problem, just picked another Irish language name but still, it’s a bit pathetic that people would troll others like that.
