You had an NPC mail that was cleared - but we can’t do active auctions. You’ll still need to clear those
Put in a ticket yesterday about deleting my mail on my 70 mage from benediction and just got an auto reply from support
could my priest mail/AH from pagle also get deleted.

good afternoon, could you please purge my mailbox on my character named “gerthilas” on benediction. trying to make a move over to eranikus. kinda cant log in with a 14.5k queue atm.
Hi, could you please remove all the mail from my Buffross account on Grobbulus? I don’t care what is in the mailbox. The same for any of my characters on that server too if you could. I’m trying to move everything off Grob 
Above should be good. Please note - we cannot do anything with active auctions. Those you’d still need to log in to clear.

thank you for clearing the mail orlyia, I did notice I do have an active auction too. i do also understand you cannot clear it, however, is there a way you can tell me the max time left on the auction before it gets sent to the mail so it can be cleared that way?
