This is still on going now the next day after server reset and appears to be worse (longer delays) in the evening. Others have experienced this issue as well. Reseting UI via wiping out Cache, Interface and WTF folders made no difference. All my characters on this account are experiencing this issue though the one I use to manage the AH (thus has high volume of mail traffic) is the worst.
