I have unread mail from horde auction house. But I cannot read the mails and I also found I can not send a mail as well. Could please fix the issues. Thank you.
I sent a ticket in WOW game. But the wait time is 1 Day 12 Hrs. It’s too long for me to wait.
Welcome to Customer Support, not to be confused with Customer Service. Unfortunately, there are no GMs on this forum, and it is not a forum to try and get around the ticketing system. Tickets are answered in the order they are received, so you would have to wait on it to be answered.
What you can do in the meantime is to try and reset your UI - that is usually the first thing they will ask you to do.
Do you have active game time.
Thank you for your replying. I just found every one had this issues in game. Looks like it’s a issue with the server.
Well then there nothing that can be done here best to post on the bug forums as leil mentioned this isnt a way to bypass the ticket system. First time in a awhile that ive seen someone say ticket was under 2 days usualy they say its longer lol.

Seeing as you stated you are having issues reading and retrieving mail from your in-game mailbox, You may want to try the steps on This Support Article.
If those steps don’t work for any reason, I would then recommend resetting your UI completely. You may find instructions on doing so by Clicking Here.
After trying the above steps outlined, If you are still unable to view or retrieve in-game mail, You may want to submit a Bug Report.
Think everyone on the server has to submit a bug report then. I am on TBC Whitemane Horde and everyone on the server cannot access the mailbox. That is a lot of people reseting UI’s so I don’t think it is a UI issue.
Seems to only one report about it in the Classic Bug Report forum
