Mail Return

EDIT: I sent this mail on my main character, Hasbara - Bigglesworth (H)

Hi,

Can I please get a GM to return mail that I sent incorrectly please? I sent a Libram of Constitution AND 85 Gold to a character named Slowact on Bigglesworth (H), instead of sending the item via Cash on Delivery for 85 Gold.

I have a web ticket open but it’s been 20 minutes with no response and there doesn’t seem to be any in game GM support any more…

You will need to wait on your ticket, as there are no GMs on the Forums.

One of the Support Forum Agents (SFAs) here might be able to give you some info about it, but a ticket is the preferred (and best) method for resolution.

Thank you, but I don’t take much comfort in the fact that the ticket response time is projected at 20 hours and my mail will be delivered in 1/2 an hour.

Our In-Game Support staff is sometimes able to help when mail is sent to the wrong person, but this is an error of a different kind and I’m afraid that isn’t something we generally would be able to assist with.

Perhaps contact the player you are sending the item too and let them know of the mistake. If you have an outstanding agreement, that certainly would help. While it may not be an intentional scam, that might be something our staff would be able to look into after the fact.

The player and I do have an agreement that he would send back the mail, but I opened a ticket anyway should greed get the better of him. Unfortunately I didn’t take screenshots of our conversation.

You don’t have to take screenshots, we us our chat logs if we need to verify chat. :slight_smile: Assuming it happened within a month or so.
