I’m trying to restore lost mail on a few of my characters and I am trying to use the mail restoration service, but the page just takes about 30 seconds to load then redirects to itself. I’ve tried in four different browsers in both normal and incognito modes. I’ve cleared cache/cookies on all of the browsers as well as disabled any sort of browser extensions. The issue is also present on mobile. I’ve asked guildmates to try the page and they get the same issue.
I know that there has been an ongoing issue with their Character Stuck self–service since last night, so this too may be affected. I’ve not yet seen a Blue update on what’s going on since then.
Yah, I had just wondered myself if one self-service was being wonky, it could extend into others. That’s what I was offering the OP that it may or may not be part and parcel of that issue.
