Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I haven’t been able to play since the expansion launched. Not Blizzard’s fault, I know. But I was hoping I could restore my mail that had expired.

I was happy to find the self service option, but I was only able to retrieve one character’s mail. Is there any way I can get the other character’s mail? I would pay to have the items back as I had some rare items and tons of mats between my characters. They are still within the 30 day period.

I was just getting back into Wow after a nine-ish year break. Now I don’t even want to continue playing now that I have lost so much stuff.

You can submit a ticket asking if the mail can be restored but it’s extremely time sensitive. They don’t keep the logs very long.

The fact that you can’t find them via the self service option is a bad sign but it doesn’t hurt to ask. Make sure you mention that you tried the self service option when you send in the ticket.

Nok is correct. You can ask - but deleted mail records just aren’t kept all that long.

If it isn’t visible to you, it likely won’t be to us, either.
